The People directory comprises all individuals in your organisation who are using your software. This would include all your employees, and (where applicable) contractors, partners and vendors.
A person profile includes basic information such as name and primary email address, plus a wide range of supporting information such as department, employee ID, cost centre, email aliases and groups. If there are additional fields you want populated in Trelica, just let us know what's needed and where the information comes from.
People profile information is automatically maintained by Trelica combining Identities from various sources. For example, if your organisation uses Okta and Google Workspace it's likely that many of your employees will feature in both systems. When you connect both systems to Trelica, a single employee's profile will reflect information from both identity sources i.e. Okta and Google Workspace.
You can also connect HR systems to Trelica. They're often a better source of information about your employees, if that data isn't already being fed into your IdP(s).
