Datadog
When you try to connect Datadog to Trelica you will be asked for a region, API key and application key. This article shows you how to find and create these keys.
To integrate with Trelica you will need a Trelica account. If you don't have one then please contact us through our website to get set up.
You must be an administrator in Datadog in order to connect with Trelica.
As an administrator, you may have received an invitation from someone in your IT team asking you to connect Datadog to Trelica.
Login to Datadog and navigate to Integrations > APIs, followed by clicking to expand the API Keys section.
Enter a name for the new API key, e.g.
Trelica and click Create API Key.
Mouse over the Key column for the newly created API key row to reveal the API key and copy the API key to a safe place so that it can be used when connecting Datadog to Trelica.
Navigate to Team > Application Keys and click New Key.
Enter a name for the new application key, e.g.
Trelica and click Create Key.
Click Copy Key to copy the application key to a safe place so that it can be used when connecting Datadog to Trelica.
Do not copy the Key ID, this isn't required to connect to Trelica. Either click the provided Copy Key button, or select and copy the value labelled Key.
You can identify your Datadog region (also referred to as a Datadog site) from the URL you use to log in to Datadog.
