Using custom fields and forms in workflows

You can include forms in workflows to collect data from Trelica admin users (and users in any other roles that have been granted access to the workflow). The information collected in the form can be used in other workflow steps.
For example, in a workflow for onboarding new starters to your organizations, you could use a form to enter their user name, initial password or laptop asset tag so that the information is available to include in email notifications and provisioning steps later in the workflow.
